We use Australia Post for domestic shipping, and the rate is a flat $15 for registered mail. We use DHL for international shipping, and the rate is a flat $75. We’re happy to combine shipping, and can combine an unlimited number of coins under the single shipping fee. We ship to all corners of the globe. Sometimes collectors request express shipping (for birthdays, for example), and this can be arranged at additional cost. Just email us and we’ll recalculate the total for you.
Insurance is available at 2% of the value of the coins, but is currently only available to the USA, most of Europe, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and Japan.
We try to ship out all coins as soon as cleared funds have hit our account, but as the coins are kept offsite, there may sometimes be a day or two delay in shipping. Under most circumstances, you’ll receive your coins within a seven days.
