A key coin in high grade, and one of the nicest 1887M shield back sovereigns we’ve handled for some time. This example is flashy and lustrous, with lots of eye appeal and a sharp strike. In fact, it might be passed off as an “UNC” were it not in a PCGS holder. Scarce and desirable in this grade.
