2004 Twenty Cent Small Head - PCGS MS66

This is the scarce "Small Head" type. Although the "Large Head" has a lower mintage, all 2004 mint sets contain an example so the number available in superior grade is high. On the other hand, the 2004 twenty cent with the smaller head on the obverse was released into circulation, so fewer examples in high Mint State exist. The example photographed above is one of only three examples certified MS66 by PCGS and is the equal finest for the type (April 2013). Could this be the next modern rarity?
