1921 R11 Square Pattern Penny - RARE this nice, with between thirty and forty pieces available to investors and collectors. This example is practically flawless, with an attractive, dark tone. A top investment item. Grades FDC. $99,500 1930 Penny - Deep chocolate colour. Half centre diamond; clear six pearls. Two obverse pin scratches account for the discounted price; otherwise this would be a $35,000 coin. Scarce. Grades about Very Fine. $24,950
1935 Penny Proof - Estimated mintage of around 100 pieces. This particular date has grown on average 18.6% pa annually compounded over the last fourteen years. According to the last two editions of the Greg McDonald, the date has gained a whopping 25% in the preceding year alone! Current valuations sit at $35,000. This example is practically flawless, with full, original red, clear die-polishing marks, and only a hint of shadowing on the obverse. RARE, and an ideal addition to a rare coin investment portfolio.
