How much is insurance?
Insurance is charged at 2% of the insurable value, and is only available to Australia, the USA, Europe, Canada, New Zealand, and Japan. In order to make a claim, you must show that the insured parcel was lost in transit and did not arrive at its destination. If Australia Post confirms that the parcel was delivered or signed for (even if it wasn’t signed by you), a claim cannot be made. We’re proud to say that since we opened our doors in 2004, we haven’t lost a single parcel.
