Lifetime guarantee of authenticity Refunds
All coins sold by the
Company come with a lifetime guarantee of
authenticity, unless otherwise described. However, should a client
be unhappy with a purchase for any reason, he or she may, within
fourteen days of the invoice date, request a refund of the
purchase price. An item must be returned in the same condition as
it was dispatched by the Company, and must remain in its original
holder and be accompanied by any certificates, documentation, or
paperwork that was sent with the item. It is the client's
responsibility to return an item to the Company safely once a
refund has been requested. Should the item become lost, stolen,
misplaced, or otherwise during transit before the Company receives
the item, the Company is under no obligation to reimburse the
client in any way. Once a Company employee has signed for the
item, ownership of the item is passed to the Company, and the
refund will be processed immediately. Bullion is not refundable. Coins purchased on lay-by
are not refundable. |
